Terms of service

Last updated October 13, 2026

By creating a Transmittal Ledger account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a firm, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Transmittal Ledger is a log for recording what your firm issues and receives on a project: sheet sets and revisions, transmittals, replies, and contractor submittals with their review status. It does not store or deliver the drawings themselves, and it is not a document control system of record, a contract, or professional advice. Due dates, overdue flags and "current revision" marks come from what was entered and are a guide. Contract review periods, standard of care, and what was actually delivered to whom remain between you, your clients and contractors. We aren't responsible for drawings sent or not sent, deadlines missed, entries recorded wrongly or not at all, or disputes between you and your clients, contractors, consultants or staff.

Your data

Your firm's records belong to you. You can export them at any time, and we'll send a copy on request. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep Transmittal Ledger running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using Transmittal Ledger at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
